About Us

SBVenture, founded in 2024 by UCSB students, addresses the need for more business and entrepreneurial opportunities on campus. Our goal is to become UCSB's premier entrepreneurial organization and startup resource, supporting students from the pre-idea phase to their first round of funding. Recognizing UCSB's vibrant VC and startup ecosystem, we aim to create a platform where students and startups in the SoCal area can mutually benefit from each other's experiences.
